- Phone: Access rights for verifying mobile phone status and ID, connecting to customer service center/contract manager/compensation manager, using visible ARS service (reading phone number)
- Device photos, media, file storage: Saving taken photos/copying and loading joint certificates
- Installed apps: Detecting potentially malicious apps among apps installed on smartphones to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents

■ Visible ARS service information
When the app is first installed, it displays informative or commercial mobile content provided by the other party with the user's consent. (ARS menu display during call, call purpose notification, screen provision upon call termination, etc.)

● If the app download does not work or is stuck in standby, take the following measures and try again.
* Android smartphone
1. Check if the network connection environment (Wi-Fi and data) is stable
2. Delete the cache and data of the Google Play Store app installed on the smartphone
(Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Application information > Storage > Delete cache, Delete data)
3. Check if there is an update in progress on the Google Play Store
(Account picture on the Google Play Store > Apps and device management > If there is an app being updated, complete it or turn off automatic update and try again)
4. Check the smartphone storage capacity and delete unnecessary apps or data
5. Reboot the smartphone
6. Delete the Google Play Store app and reinstall it.
